- A Special Note About Minors

- Our Disclosure of Your Information

For example, we may disclose certain information to law enforcement or other government officials as part of an investigation of fraud, copyright infringement, criminal activity or anything that might result in liability on our part. Marketing and Advertising-
We provide aggregate information to advertisers and others to comply with contractual obligations. We do NOT, however, disclose any information to them that can be used to identify you. We will not disclose any credit card information to an advertiser or sponsor.
As part of the site, we encourage users to communicate with each other as part of the FreeTilitSells.com community. In that regard, if you divulge personal information to others, they may send you unsolicited emails and more. Further, we provide consolidated information about your user history on the site. We provide the information to enable others to evaluate you as a potential buyer or seller, but this information can also be used for other purposed by anyone with access to the site.
Co-Brand Service Providers. We may offer services from other entities on our site. If you choose to use one or more of these services, we will provide them with some information about you. We will show you the information before it is passed on, and you may decline to have the information shared. You should also evaluate these services independently before you make a decision to use them.
Legal Requests. We comply with any legal directives from law enforcement agencies or other third parties with a legitimate interest in law enforcement and intellectual property protection.
Suppliers and Other Service Providers. As with any business, we may use third party sources as part of our normal business operations. In some cases, acting in our behalf, these sources may collect information about you. In these cases, we will inform you of the relationship in advance and you will be given the opportunity to decline.
FreeTilitSells Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures. We have partners, subsidiaries and joint ventures with organizations around the globe who are involved in person to person transactions. We will share your information with these entities only if they agree to protect it to the level detailed here.
- Your Use of Other Users' Information
All persons within the FreeTilitSells.com community may have access to other user’s contact information. As transactions are completed, the buyer and seller will be provided with each other’s email address and other personal information.
When you use our services you agree that any information you obtain about another FreeTilitSells.com user will be used only to communicate with that user about matters relating to FreeTilitSells.com. You also agree that you will not send any unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
You agree to give users a chance to review the option of removing their information from your records
We are a "spam-free" environment. We do not tolerate spamming under any circumstances within the FreeTilitSells.com community. Please do not add any FreeTilitSells.com user to any email list without their consent.
- Email This Listing to a Friend Service
The "Email This Listing to a Friend" service is intended for that purpose alone. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages to FreeTilitSells.com users using this service.
- Control of Your Password
Your password is your key to all our services. It is your unique identifier and should be protected. If your password is compromised, you may lose control over your personal information. You may also be responsible for actions taken by others using your password. Consequently, if you feel your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change it.
- Reviewing and Changing Your Personally Identifiable Information
As part of our registration process, you will be able to review and edit your personal information, including name, address, city, state, zip (postal code), country, phone number, gender, password, and credit card information. Please make sure you update your record any time there is a change.
You are not able to change or remove any public postings made in our public communication areas.
Your credit card information is kept as long as you are a FreeTilitSells.com member. You may always place a different credit card into the record. If you request it, we will remove your credit card information from our databases and/or terminate your account. This information will be kept for two billing cycle from the date of your last FreeTilItSells.com transaction. If your account is in dispute, the information will be kept until the dispute is resolved.
Because of the nature of digital storage systems, your personal information will never be fully removed. We may choose to retain files to resolve disputes, troubleshoot, or enforce the Agreement. We also routinely back up all our files and systems, so you should not expect that your information will be completely removed.
- Other Information Collectors
Everything contained within this Privacy Policy applies only to the use and disclosure of information we collect from you. If you disclose information to others within the website, whether they are other users or our advertisers or partners, different rules apply. So before you provide any information, including the posting of feedback or other communication within the FreeTilItSells.com community you should carefully consider the privacy issues involved.
- Security
We use Secure Socket Layer technologies and other established industry standards to safeguard all of your personal information on the FreeTilitSells.com website. However, no safeguard is foolproof, especially on the Internet.
