Prism auction describes items as accurately as possible in regards to condition, functionality, and age. Generally, if we find a defect, we will describe that defect, if we witness the item operating we will tell you. Otherwise, all items are sold as is, where is without any warranty expressed or implied.
Buyers must contact Prism Auction within 3 business days. Prism Auction’s business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Buyers can expect to have emails answered before the end of the following business day in most cases. Payment
Prism Auction accepts Paypal, money orders, bank checks, and company and personal check. Prism Auction will hold items until checks are cleared for buyers with insufficient feedback or with certain negative feedback. Prism Auction will also accept escrow if buyers pay all fees.

Prism Auction Inc. guarantees that the condition, as known to the auctioneer, is described accurately. No defects known to the auctioneer exist, that are not accurately described or visible in the pictures provided. Prism Auction Inc. will refund the buyers purchase price including shipping if the item is described wrong and the buyer contacts Prism Auction prior to returning the item.
Prism auction guarantees satisfaction and will refund the purchase price of any item that the buyer is not 100% satisfied with subject to a 20% restocking charge. Buyer must return the item in the same condition that we shipped it in, with return shipping pre-paid.
