Prism auction charges a handling fee to cover costs associated with shipping. Please
Prism auction describes items as accurately as possible in regards to condition, functionality, and age. Generally, if we find a defect, we will describe that defect, if we witness the item operating we will tell you. Otherwise, all items are sold as is, where is without any warranty expressed or implied.
Buyers must contact Prism Auction within 3 business days. Prism Auction’s business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Buyers can expect to have emails answered before the end of the following business day in most cases.
Prism Auction accepts Paypal, money orders, bank checks, and company and personal check. Prism Auction will hold items until checks are cleared for buyers with insufficient feedback or with certain negative feedback. Prism Auction will also accept escrow if buyers pay all fees.
